기숙사 입주를 희망하시는 분들은 반드시 기간 내에 신청하셔야 입주가 가능합니다.
아래에 첨부파일을 확인하여 안내절차에 따라 신청하시기 바랍니다.

<우선 선발 자격 요건>
1. 우선 선발과 관계없이 입사 신청 기간에 본인이 직접 성화학숙 홈페이지를 통해 입사 신청을 해야함.
2. 관련 부서에서 제출한 우선 선발 대상자 명단에 포함되어 있어야 함.
3. 공동체 생활에 결격 사유가 있는 학생은 우선 선발에서 탈락됨.
4. 침대 신청 및 생활관비 납부 기간 내 해당 절차를 이행해야함.
5. 위의 자격 요건에 부합하지 않을 경우, 우선 선발에서 탈락됨.
6. 외국인의 경우 학년 상관없이 신청가능하나 내국인은 신입생만 우선선발함.(*재학생은 일반신청)

2025.08.06 (수) 오후 1시까지 대학원교학팀 (041-530-2617) 으로 신청 문의 해주시길 바랍니다.
*우선선발 자격 및 일정 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인이 책임지게 되니 반드시 사전에 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
*우선선발 기한조정 안내(7.30일까지 신청 -> 8.6일까지 신청)

‣ Dormitory website → "My Page" → "Bed Selection"
※ Room and bed selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Period
‣ August 14 (Thu), 2025 – August 18 (Mon), 2025, 16:00
‣ Dormitory website → "My Page" → "Pay" → Generate Payment Account (You may choose a bank) → Make the payment

Move-in Period
‣ August 30 (Sat), 10:00 – August 31 (Sun), 18:00
‣ Refer to page 17 for the move-in registration procedure.

Final Move-out Date
‣ December 14 (Sun), 2025, by 18:00
‣ Room inspection is required at both regular and mid-term move-outs.

< Priority Selection Eligibility >

1. Regardless of priority eligibility, applicants must apply for dormitory admission directly via the Seonghwa Dormitory website during the application period.

2. The applicant must be listed on the priority candidate list submitted by the relevant department.

3. Applicants who are deemed unsuitable for communal living will be excluded from priority selection.

4. Bed selection and dormitory fee payment must be completed within the designated period.

5. Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in exclusion from priority selection.

6. International students may apply regardless of their year level. However, only newly admitted Korean students are eligible for priority selection. (Current Korean students must apply through general admission.)
